1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Business Web Solutions services (BWS), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you will not be able to access our services.
2. Description of Services
BWS ofrece servicios de:
- Web development and design
- IT technical support
- Artificial intelligence solutions
- Hosting and cloud services
- Technology consulting
Specific details of each service will be agreed in writing before the project begins.
3. Quotes and Payments
Quotes: All quotes are valid for 30 days from issuance, unless otherwise indicated.
Payments:
- A 50% advance payment is required to start any project
- El 50% restante se paga al momento de la entrega
- Payments can be made mediante transferencia bancaria or agreed methods
- Los servicios recurrentes se facturan mensualmente
4. Plazos de Entrega
Los plazos de entrega se establecen in each project proposal and depend on:
- Project complexity
- Availability of content from the client
- Timely approval of progress
Delays caused by the client may affect agreed delivery dates.
5. Revisions and Modifications
- Each project includes up to 3 rounds of revisions
- Additional revisions will incur extra costs
- Las modificaciones significativas al alcance original will require a new quote
6. Intellectual Property
Client's Property: The client retains all rights to the content they provide (text, images, logos, etc.)
BWS's Property: BWS retains rights to:
- Developed source code (until full payment)
- Proprietary tools and methodologies
- El derecho a mostrar el trabajo en su portafolio
Once payment is complete, rights to the final product transfer to the client.
7. Confidentiality
We commit to maintaining the confidentiality of all information provided by the client. We will not disclose sensitive information to third parties without prior authorization.
8. Warranty and Support
- We offer 30 days warranty for technical errors after delivery
- Warranty does not cover modifications made by third parties
- Additional technical support is quoted separately
9. Cancellation and Refunds
- The client may cancel the project at any time
- The advance payment is non-refundable if work has already begun
- Work completed to date will be billed
10. Limitation of Liability
BWS will not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Damages caused by misuse of delivered product
- Interrupciones de servicio de terceros (hosting, domains, etc.)
- Content provided by the client
11. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Panama City.
12. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately after publication on our website.
