Privacy Policy

1. Data Controller

Business Web Solutions (hereinafter, "BW Solutions"), with address at PH Woodlands, Panamá Pacífico, Panamá Oeste, Panamá, is the party responsible for processing personal data collected through this website and through the services provided to its clients.

2. Legal Framework

This policy is based on Law 81 of March 26, 2019 "On Personal Data Protection" of the Republic of Panama, its regulation (Executive Decree 285 of May 28, 2021) and the resolutions issued by the National Authority for Transparency and Access to Information (ANTAI), in its role as the regulatory authority on personal data protection.

  • Identification data: first and last name.

  • Professional data: company name and job title (when applicable).
  • Message content, queries and communications sent.

We do not collect categories of sensitive data (racial origin, religious beliefs, health, sexual life, biometric or genetic data) except with the express, written and informed consent of the data subject.

We keep your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described and, afterwards, for the periods required by applicable law (tax, accounting and commercial). After this period, data will be securely deleted or anonymized.

Some providers may be located outside the Republic of Panama. In such cases, we ensure that international transfers are made to countries or entities that offer an adequate level of protection, in accordance with Article 35 of Law 81 of 2019 and its regulation.

In accordance with Law 81 of 2019, as a data subject you have the following rights, known as ARCO+P:

  • Access: know whether we process your data, its origin and purpose.
  • Rectification: request correction of inaccurate, incomplete or outdated data.
  • Cancellation: request deletion of your data when no longer necessary or unduly processed.
  • Opposition: object to processing on legitimate grounds, or withdraw your consent.
  • Portability: obtain a copy of your data in a structured, commonly used format, or transmit it to another controller.

10. How to Exercise Your Rights

To exercise any of the rights above, send a written request to info@bwsolutionspa.com with the following information:

  • Full name and contact details.
  • Copy of a valid ID (or that of the duly accredited legal representative).
  • Clear and precise description of the right you wish to exercise.
  • Additional information that helps locate your data.

We will acknowledge receipt and respond within thirty (30) calendar days. If the request is granted, we will adopt the corresponding measures within the fifteen (15) calendar days following the communication of the response.

11. Supervisory Authority

If you believe your request has not been satisfactorily addressed, you may file a complaint with the National Authority for Transparency and Access to Information (ANTAI), through the Personal Data Protection Directorate, according to the procedure established in Law 81 of 2019.

12. Cookies and Similar Technologies

This site uses technical cookies necessary for its operation and, where applicable, analytical cookies to understand site usage and improve it. You can configure your browser to block or delete them, although some features may stop being available.

13. Minors

Our services and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors without the consent of those who exercise parental authority or legal representation.

We apply reasonable technical, administrative and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, destruction or disclosure, including in-transit encryption (HTTPS/TLS), role-based access control, backups and periodic risk reviews.
